If you dream of a bright and warm kitchen, you can’t miss this project from our French distributor LG Agencement. Stay and we’ll tell you all its secrets. The first of all is obvious: the combination of white and wood. No other combination is capable of generating such a cozy and clean environment and resists so well in its aesthetics over time. The key? The neutrality of these finishes, which allows the insertion of furniture and decorative pieces of other colors for a quick update of the environment.
In the case of this kitchen with an island, the French studio has opted for our Calpe lacquered model in white combined with our Alabama, a laminated model with a oak effect. Second secret: the harmony when distributing these finishes, with which they have managed to ensure that none of them weighs more than the other. On the one hand, white has been used throughout the lower furniture, present both on the main wall and on the island.
On the other hand, we see the oak effect finish on the countertop of these furniture and on the wall covering, as a border. This material finds special prominence on the other wall of this open kitchen: with our Alabama model, floor-to-ceiling built-in furniture has been created in which the oven and microwave column, a paneled refrigerator and storage modules are located. And what about the detail of the small decorative niches covered with this model? We loved it.
To give a minimalist touch, LG Agencement has dispensed with handles in this project. And the main characteristic of our Calpe model is that it has a direct handle, in the shape of a nail pull. For the Alabama model, our profile 2 handle has been chosen, a direct handle also with a nail pull shape but in a stainless steel finish.
Finally, we would like to emphasize that, to generate contrast and a contemporary air, black details have been included: the sink, the exposed appliances, the stools and the window frame.
