Green continues to be a huge trend in kitchens. And we’re not surprised, as it’s a very versatile color for creating different atmospheres. Paired with wood, it takes us directly to nature; with white, to the freshest light; and with black, it’s capable of creating an environment of pure luxury.
Don’t believe it? Join us as we analyze this project carried out by Cuisine en Scène, one of our distributors in France, who once again leaves us speechless. The key to this sophisticated and vibrant kitchen is the combination of colors. The color green has been used on absolutely all the furniture in this large kitchen distributed in parallel. On the front of the wall, we find our Fenix model in this tone throughout the perimeter of the room. From left to right, we start with a set of floor-to-ceiling furniture, in which, in addition to plenty of storage, we have integrated the refrigerator and dishwasher to give visual uniformity; and four built-in appliances: oven, microwave, coffee maker, and wine cooler.
This line ends with a long series of base cabinets on which they have installed an impressive black granite countertop with golden veins. To avoid breaking this aesthetic, both the faucets and the under-mount sink are black. The countertop becomes even more spectacular on the island that completes the distribution of this kitchen. In it, we find two distinct parts: one dedicated to cooking and informal lunches; and another lower one that creates a dining table with capacity for four diners.
In addition to the countertop, golden tones splash the room in different ways. From the Gola profile found on all the base cabinets, to the lamps, passing through a multitude of decorative objects. To give stability and solidity to the ensemble, black also appears on all the kitchen seats, as well as on the appliances and framing the windows. The result? A kitchen full of contrasts and glamour.
